CSA’s elite coaches across age-group structures in the Western Province union completed a focused six-week development journey with Equip Group. The program was designed around the real performance demands of elite coaching: decision-making under pressure, leadership behaviour, player management, communication, and personal leadership growth.

The engagement began with a tailored six-week course, followed by a structured assessment process. From there, each coach moved into six weeks of one-on-one leadership coaching based on key KPIs and personalised development plans identified through the review process.

PayJustNow partnered with Equip Group to introduce a more structured and behaviour-aware performance review system. The goal was to help management identify key performers, understand behavioural strengths across teams, and create clearer benchmarks for performance appraisals.
